1. Who we are
ChunkFlow (“App”, “we”, “us”) is operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. Information we collect
Depending on features you use, this may include:

| Membership & purchases | Subscription status and expiry (payments are processed by Apple; we typically receive entitlement data, not full card numbers) |
| Feedback | Bug reports and screenshots you upload (screenshots may show personal information on screen; submitting them means you agree to the upload) |
| Technical | Device type, app version, diagnostics, usage metrics for abuse prevention |
We do not ask for government ID documents unrelated to learning. Please do not submit highly sensitive data (e.g. card numbers or passwords) in chat.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve learning features (including AI coaching and voice-related features); manage accounts and Pro entitlements; support you and handle feedback; secure the service and prevent abuse; meet legal obligations; and operate the service.
4. Third parties
We use processors such as:
- Supabase — authentication and app data
- Apple / Google — sign-in and (Apple) in-app purchases
- DeepSeek — large-language-model API that processes text you submit to obtain coach replies or analysis, within the scope needed for the service and under DeepSeek’s applicable terms and privacy policy
- Apple system speech capabilities (if you grant permission) — microphone and speech recognition for voice input or follow-along practice you initiate
Payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
5. Storage & international transfer
Data may be stored on servers in or outside your country (including regions used by DeepSeek and Supabase). We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service. After you request account deletion in the App, there is typically about a 7-day grace period to restore the account; after that we delete or anonymize data, unless law requires longer retention. You may also email us for help.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the App or email chunkflow42@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time (generally aiming to reply within 30 days; complex cases may take longer).
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required where you live). If we learn we collected such data, we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy and post the new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when appropriate.
